Refund and Returns Policy
At Smen Music, all purchases and payments for our products and services are final and non-refundable.
Because many of our services involve digital products, music distribution, promotion, production, subscriptions, downloads, and services that may begin immediately after payment, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once payment has been successfully completed.
No Refunds
All payments made to Smen Music are non-refundable, including payments for:
- Music distribution
- Music promotion
- Music marketing
- Playlist promotion
- Digital downloads
- Music production
- Mixing and mastering
- Artwork and creative services
- Advertising services
- Subscription plans
- Digital products
- Other services purchased through Smen Music
No Returns
Digital products, downloadable materials, online services, and completed creative or promotional services cannot be returned.
Once a digital product has been delivered or a service has been initiated, the purchase is considered final.
Customer Responsibility
Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for confirming that they have selected the correct product or service and provided accurate information.
Smen Music is not responsible for refunds resulting from:
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer
- Change of mind
- Failure to use a purchased service
- Failure to achieve expected promotional results
- Rejection by third-party music platforms
- Delays caused by third-party platforms
- Changes in an artist’s plans
- Incorrect music files, artwork, or metadata supplied by the customer
Third-Party Platforms
Where Smen Music services involve third-party platforms such as streaming services, digital stores, social networks, advertising platforms, or music-distribution channels, Smen Music does not control their decisions, policies, algorithms, review processes, or availability.
Consequently, rejection, delay, removal, limited visibility, playlist exclusion, or other action by a third-party platform does not create a right to a refund.
Payment Errors
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or experienced a technical payment error, please contact Smen Music support for investigation.
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be reviewed and resolved at Smen Music’s discretion.
